Muskoka Bear Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged during shipping. However, please contact us with any issues. There is insurance on each package and we are able to file a claim for you as the Sender.

We refund & exchange any merchandise (in resalable condition, smoke-free etc) with a copy of the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be processed to the original payment method used or for store credit only. If you can not visit a store, you must contact us via phone or emailwithin the 30 days to make other arrangements to exchange through the mail. As well, if you have an issues regarding your order: damages, missing items, etc. you also have up to 30 days from your original purchase to contact us in order to fix these issues.
For refunds without an original receipt, OR with a receipt AFTER the 30 days, you may only be eligible to receive a store credit for the item at the most current sale price.
Price Difference Policy: If the items you purchased in store change in sale price, you have 7 days from purchase date to refund the difference to STORE CREDIT ONLY & you must have a valid receipt.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or return if they meet the other requirements in our policy, unless marked FINAL SALE in the product description.
These policies also apply to any online & phone order exchanges and returns. As well, the onus is on the customer to pay shipping to return the items and Muskoka Bear Wear will pay to send you the exchange if your return shipping address is in Canada. However, this is a one time, per order, arrangement. Any further exchanges to the same order and the customer will have to provide payment for all shipping costs. Our Vintage "Heathered" Colours are back in select styles including our Ladies Quarter Zips! It's complete with a small embroidered camp logo on the front and circle paw logo on the back below the collar. The quarter front zipper makes this an easy add on for those colder cottage mornings. Made from durable 16oz French Terry 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Shrinkage is approx 5% so please cold water wash, hang to dry, tumble dry low as per the garment tag and price tag care instructions.
