Muskoka Bear Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged during shipping. However, please contact us with any issues. There is insurance on each package and we are able to file a claim for you as the Sender.

Please Note: On Orders within Ontario, our Holiday Shipping Cut Off Date is 11:59pm EST on Dec 15th to have the best chance to receive your order before Dec 25th! You of course can order after that Date but we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time for the Holidays.

Please Note: During Canada Post Strikes we will ship with Alternative Couriers. We will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes during those times.
