Returns & Exchanges

Muskoka Bear Wear Return/Refund Policy:

  • We refund & exchange any merchandise (in resalable condition) with a copy of the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be processed to the original payment method used or for store credit only. If you can not visit a store, you must contact us via phone or email within the 30 days to make other arrangements to exchange through the mail. (See below for COVID-19 options during store closures)
  • For refunds without an original receipt, OR with a receipt AFTER the 30 days, you may only be eligible to receive a store credit for the item at the most current sale price.
  • Price Difference Policy: If the items you purchased in store change in sale price, you have 7 days from purchase date to refund the difference to STORE CREDIT ONLY & you must have a valid receipt.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or return if they meet the other requirements in our policy, unless marked FINAL SALE in the product description.
  • For any garment issues, questions or concerns please contact us via the website or by email info@muskokabearwear.com
  • These policies also apply to any online & phone order exchanges and returns. As well, the onus is on the customer to pay shipping to return the items and Muskoka Bear Wear will pay to send you the exchange if your return shipping address is in Canada. However, this is a one time, per order, arrangement. Any further exchanges to the same order and the customer will have to provide payment for all shipping costs. Any refunds to online & phone orders must be processed within 30 days of purchase as well to the original payment method.
  • FOR ALL USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS the onus is on the customer to pay the shipping to return the items as well as the shipping back to you with any exchanged items.
  • All packages are shipped via Canada Post, Muskoka Bear Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged during shipping.
  • We appreciate your cooperation regarding our policies, these are in place to ensure we are providing the best possible customer service while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
*PLEASE NOTE: We always extend our exchange/return policy for the Holidays! Any items purchased in Nov/Dec 2021 can be exchanged up to Jan 31st 2022 or returned for Store Credit if they meet our other return policy standards.

*PLEASE NOTE: Local contactless Pick Ups/Exchanges/Returns will be accepted at our Warehouse at 1080 Taylor Court in Bracebridge, please call us at 1-705-645-7373 for more information and to make arrangements. Also, like other non-essential retail, our stores will remain temporarily closed.
